CHARACTERISTICS

NextHEAT^TM is a system based on the Pex-Al-Pex multilayer pipe, which combines the best characteristics of both metal and plastic.

Application

The system is used in hot- and cold-water installations, as well as in central heating using heaters and floor heating panels.

Within the NextHEAT^TM system NIBCO offers multilayer pipes, screw and press fittings, as well as assembly accessories.

Certificates

The system has all technical certificates and a hygiene attestation. We offer a 20-year guarantee for the Pex-Al-Pex pipes and fittings.

The Pex-Al-Pex multilayer pipe

• Internal layer – PE – Xb polyethylene (b-silane-crosslinked polyethylene)
• Two adhesive layers between aluminium and plastic
• Aluminium coating - Al. tape
• External layer - PE – Xb polyethylene

• Pressed and nickel-plated brass
• Brass clamping ring
• Double EPDM O-ring
• Brass nut

Press fittings

• Pressed and nickel-plated brass
• Stainless steel clamping bushing
• Double EPDM packing O-ring
